Shipping Policy

Once your order is confirmed and payment is verified, we start processing your order. Please be aware that order processing can take 2-4 working days. Once your order is processed, it will be shipped right away.

Order Processing Time: 2-5 business days

Order Shipping Time: 5-15 business days

Little Paw Friends can not be held responsible for delays, lost or damaged shipments or orders sent to invalid or incorrect addresses.

NOTE: Due to unavoidable disruptions caused by Covid-19 pandemic you may experience some delay in receiving your order. It is in our best interest that you receive your order in timely manner and we assure you that we are working tirelessly with our delivery partners to minimise shipping disruptions.

For two or more products we may deliver your orders separately. Since we fulfil your orders from different warehouses, it is very likely that multiple items in your order will be delivered separately. This is because we will ship your items from an warehouse in China or Germany which can deliver your items faster than others.

 

Where can I find my tracking number?

When your items are shipped out, you should receive an automatic notification from our system via email providing you with a tracking number.

If you haven't received one or if the tracking number doesn't work, don’t worry. Contact us and we'll solve it!
